BounceBack® Coaching is available for adults (18+ years of age) through the provincial Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) program in addition to other CBT-based psychotherapy services.

Please enter your postal code to see which Network Lead Organization coordinates OSP services in your area, then complete the referral form. If your postal code is not available in our database, you will be directed to the Ontario Health website.

You will then be contacted to collect more information and determine which service is the best fit for you.
