How to access services in your area:
The BounceBack program is now part of the provincial Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) program. In your area, Canadian Mental Health Association, York Region and South Simcoe is responsible for coordinating all referrals into the OSP program and will help direct you to free and convenient treatment options that best meet your needs. These services may be offered in person, over the phone, or virtually, in a group or individual setting.
To participate in the OSP program, you can sign up using the online self-referral form or you can have a referral submitted by a psychiatrist, primary care provider (family doctor, nurse practitioner) or other health care professional.
Once you have signed up, you will be contacted by the Canadian Mental Health Association to get started. If you have any questions, please call 1-866-345-0224 ext. 1343 or email osp-referral@cmha-yr.on.ca.
