What is BounceBack®?
We all feel sad sometimes. But when feeling low, stressed out, worried, depressed, irritable, angry – or even nothing at all – gets to be too much, remember that you have the power to change how you feel.
With BounceBack® you can design your very own mood-lifting program! Select workbooks, activities and videos to create your own self-help journey, or work with a trained coach over the phone! It’s like building your very own BounceBack® toolkit.
Choose how and when you’d like to access the program. Your journey, your pace.
BounceBack® Coaching
Want someone to cheer you on and encourage you to reflect? Work with one of our trained BounceBack® coaches, who will help you learn skills to improve your mental health in up to six telephone sessions. You pick the topics you want to work on from our nine booklets and your coach supports and encourages you along the way. Think of it as having a personal guide through the program. Coaching is available in many languages, but you will need to have a basic English reading level in order to work through the workbooks.
BounceBack® Today Videos
Want to watch something first or while you’re waiting for your coaching sessions to begin? We’ve got you covered. Get tips on managing your mood, sleeping better, building confidence, increasing activity, and problem solving through our online video series. Pick and choose which topics would be most useful. Videos are available in English, French, Arabic, Farsi, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Punjabi.
How the program has helped others
In the beginning of the school year, I was feeling overcome by anxiety and stress from a new grade and a new environment. BounceBack and the wonderful coach checked in with me on a bi-weekly basis, and with the cute and easy-to-read workbooks, I saw myself improving more and more. My self-confidence saw a boost when I began to think more and more positively. Thank you BounceBack!”
